With great passion and attention to detail, our head chef Simone puts a modern spin on Alpine and Mediterranean cuisine. Inspired by fresh, seasonal ingredients, he creates dishes that are deliberately uncomplicated, authentic and perfectly balanced in flavour.

Between 3 May and 1 June, we serve our à la carte dishes in the Seehof Lounge daily from 6.00 pm to 9.00 pm
